Deaconess Abundant Life Services is looking for qualified individuals to join our homecare team. Our aides work with clients one-on-one in the client's home. We are based in Concord, MA but also serve clients in Bedford, Lexington, Belmont, Waltham, Lincoln, Acton, Carlisle, Westford, Littleton, Harvard, Boxborough, Stow, Bolton, Clinton, Hudson, Maynard, Sudbury, Framingham, Needham, Weston, Wellesley, & Newton.

We are currently looking for full-time, part-time, and per-diem help. Must be HHA or CNA to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Assisting Clients with Activities of Daily Living
• Light Housekeeping
• Transporting Clients to Appointments and/or Errands
• Client Engagement

Required Skills Required Experience

Must have Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certificate or C.N.A License

• Ability to pass a thorough background check for felony and misdemeanor convictions
• Ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical along with a drug test and driving record check
• General familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to anatomy and surgical procedures for an operating room
• Must be comfortable maneuvering and transporting large medical equipment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, and hear. The employee shall regularly lift and /or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally push or maneuver up to 1000-1500 pounds on wheels
