U. S. Traveler - Radiology / Lithotripsy Technologist Traveler
[]
Exciting and Rewarding Career Opportunity for Radiology Technologists!
Lithotripsy is an elite specialization; few Radiology Technologists in the U.S. are trained and certified in this field and it comes at NO COST TO YOU after joining the NextMed Team. You will receive state of the art training that combines hands-on learning with reading materials.
The Lithotripsy Technologist Traveler position is designed to enable NextMed to meet its obligation to provide coverage for its clients, helping to insure that no patient will ever be deprived of treatment because of a lack of manpower.
Work Schedule: Traveler Technologists must be willing and able to travel on short notice. While every effort will be made to provide early notice of travel assignments, the very nature of the position precludes the provision of advance notice in certain instances.
Work Preparedness: Traveler Technologists are responsible on a daily basis to answer their work phones 24/7, monitor e-mails and texts, and speak with their schedulers to confirm their schedule status.
Travel Schedule: Traveler Technologists are responsible for coordinating their own travel (including flight, hotel, and rental car) in compliance with corporate needs, regulatory requirements (DOT), corporate expense operating procedures, and patient treatment schedules. Technologists will normally be required to travel on Sunday to arrive at their assigned location, ready to begin a route on Monday morning. Travel home every Friday is an option. NextMed will endeavor to arrange travel schedules that maximize efficiency and remain consistent with our requirements.
This is a full time position with a competitive salary, healthcare, dental, vision, 401K plan and more!!
