Job Description
Contractor shall monitor and maintain VTL's network and desktop PC's supporting hardware, software troubleshooting and monitor the repair of related network issues. Daily tasking's include: * Responsible for maintaining all production equipment and staff/guest workstations. * Network administration (limited) ensuring VTL Managed Share Folders are online, accessible, and User Profiles are operable, and the internal domain is secured. * SharePoint (internal database interface) support to User Security Access, and Client Profile administration. * Troubleshooting and repairing software related issues and common workstation/user operating problems. * Resolve network connectivity issues related to VTL production equipment. Required Skills * IT Knowledge. * Knowledge on the latest window servers and client software * Ability to switch out servers, hard drive replacements and trouble shot issue any issues that arise. * Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.
