    Summary of Position:

    Project Coordinator (Quality Assurance). Maintaining and completing paperwork, record keeping, monitoring schedules, printing and organizing drawings, handling administrative duties and assisting Project Managers in day-to-day activities. The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, flexible, and able to represent our company in a professional and courteous manner. Critical thinking and written communication are an integral part of this position.

    Job Requirements:

    · Provide clerical and organizational support to construction teams.

    · Prepare and monitor meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, assist in contract administration, prepare correspondence, documents, reports and purchase orders, etc.

    · Day to day office functions, data entry, answer phones, and misc. clerical duties.

    · Assemble and process contract change orders.

    · Assist with setting up job budgets and cost codes and monthly job cost reports.

    · Set up new projects, assemble project closeout documents and archive old projects.

    · Download and file new projects and print plans.

    · Other duties as necessary.

    · Growing Construction Company looking to hire a Construction Administrator. The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, flexible, and able to represent our company in a professional and courteous manner. Critical thinking and written communication are an integral part of this position.

    · Set-up and maintain project files throughout the course of the project (from planning through close-out).

    · Prepare LME's and coordinate with billing administrator to ensure proper billing.

    · Submit / Track / Follow-up on permit status as required.

    · Track / Scan / Submit As-Builts to customer.

    DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    · High school diploma/GED required

    · AA or higher level of advanced education preferred

    · Required: 1+ year(s) in data/time entry

    · Data/Time Entry of multiple employees

    Requirements & Experience:

    · 1+ year Construction Administration experience required.

    · High school diploma/GED required

    · AA or higher level of advanced education preferred

    · Required: 1+ year(s) in data/time entry

    · Data/Time Entry of multiple employees

    · Must be detailed, have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

    · Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate necessary job information to contractors and vendors.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products including Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly.

    · Must have the ability to problem solve and foresee problems.

    · Must be competent and confident in crisis management.

    · Must possess good listening skills with precise follow-through capabilities.

    · Must possess a “can do” attitude and have exceptional organization and time-management skills.

    · Must present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

    What You'll Get:

    Starting Salary: $25-30/hr DOE

    We offer medical, dental and vision benefits day one (1).

    Paid weekly Temp to hire, probationary period of ±6 months

    Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
