    Job Description

    Our Client is a Utility Infrastructure Contractors who serve in Electrical Utilities throughout Northern California. They pride themselves in integrity and are looking for someone like you to embrace what they stand for!

    ROLE'S PURPOSE:

    This Data Analyst I ( Project Control Analyst ) position will need to be able to work and to provide analytical support on any distribution and transmission projects. The Data Analyst will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of the various tools and software of Project Services. Occasionally and if assigned, may perform different functions in the Central Data Management or Financial units.

    JOB'S FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Understand end-to-end Legal entity process and drive opportunities to increase efficiencies, scale and transparency
    • Assess current manual processes and systems/tools used to track and report Legal entity data/approvals; develop & recommend frameworks and solutions
    • Drive improvements in data integrity by creating and maintaining standardized documentation and processes to store Legal entity data
    • Own detailed day-to-day tasks around end to end LE tracking & data management while working as part of a projects with multiple moving, related parts
    • Work collaboratively cross-functionally with other teams across Product Areas, Tax, Treasury, Legal, business intelligence, product operations, vendor management, and finance
    • Find insights from our data and use them to create data visualization elements; use this information to tell effective stories in business presentations to internal stakeholders.
    • Oversee the project budget and determine wether the projects are achievable.
    • Provide regular communication on the project costs, schedule, and risk status to project team member.

    JOB'S QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

    • Experience with appropriate software tools, currently SAP Work Management, Controlling, Orders, Planning orders, and Business Warehouse.
    • Project Management, Project Controls, or Construction Management experience (Preferred)
    • Risk Management and Earned Value Analysis Experience
    • Accounting/Budgeting Knowledge
    • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or its equivalent in education and experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in Project Managing in the Construction/Utility Industry (preferred).
    • Microsoft Excel and Access experience
