THIS IS A PRIMARILY REMOTE ROLE, WITH SOME IN-OFFICE TRAINING REQUIRED. HOURS FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE MONDAY - FRIDAY; 9AM - 5PM. PAY WILL BE $48K - $52K ANNUALLY, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information to vendors and speakers regarding content upload, and send regular reminders about collecting content
• Develop and maintain a plan for regular correspondence with speakers
• Communicate annually with speakers to update contracts for all scheduled events
• Develop and maintain database of all instructional content received with age/date of content

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree; or five years related experience in customer/system support
• Proven project management and customer relations experience required
• Working knowledge of, or familiar with, CRM and/or LMS systems and practices
• Strong listening and verbal skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a wide variety of people
