Job Description

The Sales Intern will assist our Inside Sales team by leveraging Salesforce.com for creating and sending quotes to customers for transactional business.

All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Partner with sales reps to understand client order needs
• Leverage Salesforce.com to create and send quotes to clients
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Report order details to sales management

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work partial days M-F for 25- 29 hours per week through August 31, 2021
• Ability to work remotely from home and also in our Tampa office (if needed)
• Interest in Business Operations, Sales and/or Finance
• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoys partnering with teammates and clients in a fast paced empowering environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using Salesforce.com

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned /office, with moderate noise levels. 
• Periods of stress may occur.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
• Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
