    Job Description

    The Intern – Talent Acquisition will support the Talent Acquisition team with various screening, sourcing, branding and administrative responsibilities.

    All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:

    • Coordinate candidate interview schedules and itineraries
    • Review resumes and select qualified candidates for further screening
    • Assist with sourcing and talent attraction or branding activities
    • Assist with post offer and on boarding activities for new hires
    • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
  • Qualifications



    • Professional demeanor and communication style
    • Ability to manage time and balance priorities to accomplish necessary tasks
    • Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria
    • Interest in a part time summer internship (20 – 25 hours per week for 12 weeks)


    • Interest in the human resources and/or talent acquisition field
    • Previous experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team

    Additional Information


    • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels


    • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
    • Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
