    Job Description

    Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Inside Sales Technical Enablement Lead will work closely with the Business development organization to provide onboarding, ever-boarding, and adhoc training as needed by the team. You will play a pivotal part in re-imaging all of our training for a remote workforce to ensure the same level of effectiveness as in person. Helping redesign and implement a new curriculum and certification program across the various roles on the business development team. This person will need to be extremely personable and see themselves as a coach and mentor, and be able to explain complex IT practices in layman’s terms to a team that is eager to learn! 

    Key Responsibilities:  

    • Work to redevelop and design the onboarding program for the business development team  

    • Work with the team to design & develop a multi-level certification program that team members must progress through. 

    • Regularly attend customer & prospect meetings to stay up to date and in-tune with the market 

    • Run regular trainings for the team around technical topics, IT concepts, and growing enterprise IT trends 

    • Help develop outbound messaging and campaigns based on current trends in the industry 

    • Be able to effectively demonstrate the Nexthink product and teach others to do the same 

    • Administer a “help line” Microsoft Teams channel for the team on technical objections and questions 

    • Provide support and feedback to Product marketing when it comes to developing content that supports the companies pipeline efforts. 

    • Help maintain and update our key personas with continual feedback from the field

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • You have at least 3 years of Enterprise IT Experience (Selling to or working in)    

    • You have a passion for coaching and developing people 

    • You can demonstrate a strong knowledge of current IT concepts, projects, and initiatives 

    • You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively 

    • You have the willingness and ability to change with an ever-evolving ecosystem and rapidly growing company 

    • Looking for an independent thinker who will bring ideas to the table
