We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. Marketing Intern will work directly with the marketing, customer service, events and sales department within the company. If you are looking for a career in the corporate business world this is a great internship to find where your interests are, as you will learn from each department in the internship.This is a paid internship and we will also sign off on credits for the school if it follows the school guidelines

Responsibilities

Managing one or more marketing campaigns in the local territory through promotional marketing events

Public Speaking - Teach and train new hires, develop training materials

Maintaining current product knowledge and event promotions of our client portfolio

Professional Branding

Networking - Attend meetings with industry experts to develop your knowledge on running a marketing business

Create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent customer engagement

Participate in on-going training to assist with business growth

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to do an 8 week minimum internship

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Exquisite communication and people skills

High School diploma or equivalent
