    Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations and ensure the smooth running of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality in a casual fine dining environment and cleanliness. An ability to effectively run and manage a team of varying backgrounds and experiences required in a fast paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities

    Oversee the ordering and maintenance of kitchen supplies

    Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards

    Monitor inventory levels and control food costs

    Supervise kitchen operations during service hours

    Train and mentor kitchen employees on proper techniques and procedures

    Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in a kitchen management role

    Knowledge of KDS (Kitchen Display) systems

    Strong background in food preparation and restaurant operations

    Familiarity with food safety regulations

    Proven track record in supervising and leading teams

    Restaurant management experience preferred

    High school diploma/GED

    Extensive previous culinary experience

    Certification from culinary school preferred

    Valid ServeSafe or Mobile County Food Handler’s Certification

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

    Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Excellent management and leadership skills

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Salary, DOE

    Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week

    Schedule: Thursday, Friday, & Monday - 3pm to Close

    Saturday & Sunday - 11am to Close

    All Major Holidays
