    Maintenance & Reliability Background

    Understanding of SAP PM

    Experience in Pharma/Oil / Gas / Petrochem / Chemical Background (Upstream and Downstream)

    Purpose of position

    Develop new business opportunities along with promotion of sales in respect to current products and services

    Ability to lead SAP / Planning related project

    Contribute to the development and implementation of SAP-PM client solutions

    Proactively contribute to development of customer network to effectively service customer needs

    Effectively work with fellow expert consultants to ensure on time delivery of products/services

    Work closely with Management to implement business development initiatives to increase awareness of company branding and positioning in the market

    Key accountabilities

    Ensure all required deliverables are identified, assembled/developed, signed-off and delivered in a professional manner

    Advise the project lead or management on progress & status

    Ability to understand and develop or add suggestion to better structure an Asset Register, reflecting installed plant and Bills of Materials, which is kept up-to-date and reviewed routinely

    Review the Asset Register for completeness and accuracy, as well as the maintenance and inspection strategies of all safety and production critical equipment listed in the Asset Register and Process and Instrumentation (P&ID) drawings

    Develop maintenance, calibration and inspection strategies through a risk-based approach or methodology

    Derive task lists and operator checks for import to an EAM (SAP/Maximo/Infor, etc..)

    Develop local Operating Procedures [LOPs], operator care checklist, surveillance instructions, etc. from the risk-based strategies

    Identify and review critical spares when required, following a documented process, as part of planned maintenance and/or inspection strategy reviews

    Deliver continuous improvement loop (Preventive Maintenance Optimization [PMO] living program), utilizing multiple sources of data and tactics, to improve maintenance and inspection strategies and the associated task lists and operator tasks

    Prepare and present solutions to clients as well as generate more work at client site

    Conduct customer needs analysis, develop strategy and present business case to Nexus sales team

    Leverage client relationships to further assist in product and services development

    Ability to monitor and ensure the timeliness and quality of product delivery relative to budgets/plans

    Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage business opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short term and long terms goals

    Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and industry associations to promote the organization’s products and services

    Requirements

    At least 6 years’ working in a maintenance / Reliability role

    Experience within a fast growing organization and changing market dynamics

    Ability to work independently

    A background in understand the SAP PM and MM work streams

    Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and personal organizational and project management skills

    Ability to work under pressure and deliver results under minimal management

    Presentation skills, formal and informal

    Excellent business network with industry associations and local medium enterprises

    Self-Starter with several industry contacts

    CMRP or Equivalent certification
