Develop detailed work packs within SAP PM for daily activities required to maintain offshore/onshore oil & gas facilities.
14 days on and 14 days off (work is offshore) rotational work is subject to change from time to time.
12-hour days.
Responsibilities
Follow all company safety rules and regulations.
Participate in company-sponsored ZERO tolerance Drug & Alcohol program
Attend and participate in daily meetings for work request review and other meetings that require detailed information about upcoming work being planned.
Provide experience-based knowledge to assist in daily prioritization of requested work.
Perform field visits and use planning checklist to determine work criteria to be used in work pack development.
Use SAP PM for full execution of estimating and planning (in specific)

Assist in identifying corrective maintenance deficiencies.
Properly risk-rank corrective maintenance items.
Provide detailed procedural task steps within a work order.
Perform quality control on parts or materials that arrived to address certain corrective work.
Identify and requisition required materials to facilitate repairs or perform preventative maintenance.
Perform research on specific equipment, ensuring the correct parts/materials are procured.
Gather documentation (spec sheets, P&IDs, photos, operation manuals, spill analysis.reports, SDS, etc.) for upcoming tasks to ensure everything needed to plan the task safely and adequately are readily available.
Coordinate rentals, repairs, and calibrations with vendors who are supplying goods or services.
Coach colleagues on the proper way to submit a corrective work notification, find parts/services that have been ordered, submit material order sheets, and other corrective or preventative maintenance-related tasks.
Prioritize simultaneous job scopes while keeping the end task in mind.
Create, modify, and utilize corrective maintenance task lists.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of maintenance programs, and supplies with specifications for each job.
Reviewed maintenance program for efficiency accuracy and timeliness and provided feedback for improvement to company leadership.
Administer preventative and corrective maintenance requests and saw orders through to completion.
Qualifications
>5 Years of Planner Experience, preferably in the O&G field
Strong SAP PM
TWIC
HUET
US Passport (or able to obtain)
Skills
Requires ability to proficiently use a computer and navigate a computerized maintenance management system or other relevant application.
Skilled in Excel, Word, Typing
Multi-skill planning capabilities preferred (Mechanical, Rotating, Piping, E&I)
Good oral and written communications skills
