    Implementation Specialist - Remote

    Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year DOE

    ** Overview: Nexus HR is looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist for a payer-solutions system with a strong background in implementing a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility or organization.**

    ** Client-highlighted qualifications** - at least 3 years of implementation specialist experience with experience in PACE, managed care systems, or payer solutions.

    About the Job

    As a member of the implementation team, you'll be responsible for project management, client training, and software support. You'll use your experience, talents, and problem-solving ability to analyze clients' needs, develop strategies tailored to their organization, and ensure a successful implementation of our payer solution software.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the implementation of the payer-solutions system and other software suites.

    • Provide software training to the following types of organizations:

      • Independent Physician Associations (IPAs)

      • Physician-Hospital Organizations (PHOs)

      • Management Services Organizations (MSOs)

      • Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)

      • Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)

      • Specialty Networks

    • Guide change management, and training materials and ensure client adoption of software.

    • Document all client communications (verbal or written) accurately.

    • Demonstrate the ability to work with various cross-organizational areas to meet client needs

    • Develop configurations that support business processes, plan and execute delivery and implementation plans, and test and troubleshoot final system setups.

    • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process (40% travel annually).

    • May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.

    • Develop, implement, and maintain educational materials for client training.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation, and for designated clients post-implementation.

    • Contribute as a positive member of the Implementations Department by supporting all members of the team productively and constructively.

    • All other duties relevant to product implementation and project management, as assigned.

    Qualifications :

    • A bachelor’s degree in any healthcare or IT field

    • 3 years of experience implementing software

    • 1 year of work experience implementing PACE solutions or for PACE organizations is highly preferred

    • 2 years of work experience implementing managed care systems, or payor solutions

    • An understanding of workflow/protocols

    • Willing to travel as needed to perform onsite training (up to 50%)

    • Authorized to work in the US
