    DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing company that is doubling annual revenues each and every year since 2016. We supply college educated remote nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, technicians, phlebotomists, medical assistants, transcriptionists, medical billers, and marketers from around the world. Our clients are clinics, health plans, and pharmacies, that don’t have the expertise, time, or budget to afford onsite staff. We want a seasoned marketing coordinator who will analyze the productivity and success of our campaigns and efforts.

    Compensation Range: $75k to $85k + Commissions

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Channel Account Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. And is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Identifies potential acquisition opportunities for billing companies. Proactively work with brokers to purchase billing companies. Do ROI analysis for companies that we are purchasing. 
    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
    • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
    • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all
    • necessary company and partner personnel.
    • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
    • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
    • Provides management with analysis and recommendations.

     

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager
    • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field of study
    • Must have knowledge and experience with CRM software
    • Detail-oriented and strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Social Media
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
    • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, effectively manage time and meet deadlines.
    • Able to work in Sacramento, CA is preferable 
    • Authorized to work in the US
