Compensation: $ 350,000 - $370,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outpatient consultations and follow up evaluations of patients with chronic pain
- Coordination of Care with other healthcare providers, including surgeons, chiropractors, psychologists, and other specialists
- Pharmacologic management of chronic pain and related conditions
- Interventional pain management procedures and injections under imaging guidance (fluoroscopy and ultrasound)
- Mentoring and providing clinical supervision to mid-level providers
- Building relationships with community physicians and health care providers
- Developing new patient referrals and community awareness of the services offered at the practice.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years experience in pain management or related specialties
- Fresh graduates, and fellows are welcome to apply
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- MD or DO degree
- Must have a fluoroscopy supervisor license valid in California.
- Licensed to practice in California with no restrictions
- Active DEA license all schedules
- Proficiency in ultrasound-guided interventional strategies
- Familiarity with current pain management literature
- Experience with Buprenorphine-containing medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence
- Active participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferred
- Experience with EHR/EMR is highly preferred Able to work in Sacramento, CA
