REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing company that is doubling annual revenues each and every year since 2016. We supply college educated remote nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, technicians, phlebotomists, medical assistants, transcriptionists, medical billers, and marketers from around the world. Our clients are clinics, health plans, and pharmacies, that don’t have the expertise, time, or budget to afford onsite staff. We want a hungry commission based salesperson to think big, sell big, and make big.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan out your day the night before.
• Start each day with the world’s greatest online sales program.
• 40 calls or more to leads and current clients.
• Follow up on your deals every day.
• Use consultative selling techniques to set appointments and close deals.
• Document all activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform daily sales meetings; online and/or via video.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing healthcare atmosphere.
• Associates Degree or better.
• 4 years of telephone sales experience or better.
• 1 year of CRM experience.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• The perfect mix of humility and confidence.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Compensation:

• Salary plus commission
• $18-$22 per hour
• 1-time deal bonuses of $300 to $3,000
• 1.5-3% recurring bonus on owned deals and accounts
• Eligibility for benefits and vested 401k with tenure
• Upon completion of a 30-day probationary period you are eligible for a $2 an hour salary increase.
