    Job Description

    We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Manager that can handle all administrative management tasks and assist other departments to create a dynamic, effective, and healthy working environment. We are looking for a manager who is compassionate and reasonable to lead the organization.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Healthcare Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO. The Operations Manager will be responsible for direct administrative management tasks such as setting organizational goals and objectives, and identifying the current and future needs of the organization. The Healthcare Operations Manager will also facilitate interdepartmental coordination between all managers.

    • Work with the CEO, board members, operation managers, and other stakeholders to formulate accurate and attainable goals.
    • Leads the planning and implementation of the organizational plans and vision.
    • Leads administration and operations team in achieving annual and quarterly goals.
    • Coordinate and assist with managers with daily operations tasks.
    • Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies and maintain best-in-class practices.
    • Lead and assist in implementing organizational policies and guidelines for both administration and operation.
    • Review and develop administration and operations policy and guidelines as identified by any policy/guidelines evaluation and as needed by the organization.
    • Assess the performance of administration personnel and operations manager as needed.
    • Develop coaching and feedbacking programs to promote organizational growth and talent retention.
    • Contract development and manage contract renewals.
    • Other tasks as identified by the organization and as agreed by all parties.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of managerial or directorship experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Masters in Business Administration is strongly preferred
    • Strong and effective leadership qualities, able to handle pressure from all directions
    • Compassionate and warm disposition
    • Health insurance knowledge of HMO, PPO and capitated risk plan contracts as they relate to providers and practices.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles, professional and patient billing; and the ability to apply these principles to a health care environment.
    • Able to work in the Sacramento, CA area
