Job Description
We are seeking a Client Care Representative who will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support that builds outstanding relationships with the clients.
SHIFT: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must possess a relevant combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office. Experience with ConnectWise or other CRM programs is desirable.
