NexusTek is a U.S based, managed IT service provider to small and medium sized organizations. We excel in tackling the complexities of IT, such as cloud services, cyber-security, document management, data back-up and protection, and more.

NexusTek’s 300 employees span 35+ states to service our growing client base. We have physical offices in Denver, Irvine, and Boston.
WORKING HOURS
The Cloud team is a 24x7 team monitoring alerts, tickets, and the call queue offering relatively stable scheduled shifts that are changed up based on need.
A typical schedule is 3 12-hr shifts and 1 4- hour shift
Rotating on-call schedule (after hours and weekends)
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
This position is mostly a remote support, telephone-based role but will require occasional planned and unplanned visits to our data center in Secaucus, NJ.

WHO YOU ARE
Proactive and independent technical expert who performs a variety of tier I, tier II, and tier III technical support responsibilities, requiring a thorough working knowledge of information technology and virtualization support. You are a skilled communicator on all levels and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. Your meticulous attention to detail is shown through your timekeeping, documentation, execution of the technical work.
You know how to:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide excellent urgent support to clients through phone & email
Maintain internal and customer-facing cloud environments
Implement NexusTek’s best practices and core values
Troubleshooting will require skills in some or all of the following technologies:
