Are you a talented and creative Social Media Specialist with a passion for crafting engaging content and driving impactful social media campaigns? Our digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take charge of our clients social media presence across various social media channels, curating & managing social media content and ads for our B2B and B2C clients across a number of verticals. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating captivating posts, managing social media calendars, and developing eye-catching ads to elevate our clients brand and engage their audience. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION WITH A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our B2B and B2C clients and enhancing brand awareness and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn.
Create and curate compelling, on-brand content for all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts using various tools such as Canva or Adobe
Craft innovative and eye-catching social media ads to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
Use of AI tools such as Chat GPT to create written content
Manage and maintain a consistent social media calendar using tools like Hootsuite to schedule and publish posts efficiently.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and showcase the impact of campaigns.
Manage social media communities and grow audience engagement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform changes, and emerging technologies to continually improve our clients social media presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creating engaging social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (TikTok a bonus).
Must be able to provide portfolio showcasing successful social media organic posts, ad campaigns and creative content development
Demonstrable expertise in crafting social media ads that drive results and meet campaign objectives.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, like Hootsuite, to schedule and organize content.
Use of AI tools such as Chat GPT to create written content
STRONG written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
