As a Batching Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machines for production runs and ensuring efficient packaging processes. Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs according to specifications and guidelines.
• Operate batching equipment to mix ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper batching and packaging processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the batching and packaging processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
• Document production and quality data accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in machine setups for production runs is required.
• Proficiency in packaging processes and equipment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to batching and packaging equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
