Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to join our team at our facility located in Kansas City, MO, 64153. As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machines for production runs, conducting quality inspections, utilizing shop math skills, and maintaining excellent communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring proper calibration and adjustments.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
• Utilize shop math skills to accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates on production progress and any potential concerns.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate production records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in machine setups for production runs is required.
• Proven experience in quality inspection, ensuring products meet specified standards.
• Strong shop math skills, including the ability to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
