  • Responsibilities

    Functions That Are Required

    • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
    • Utilize schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems.
    • As needed, repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
    • Ensure proper lubrication, diagnosis, and operation of equipment.
    • Complete repairs on time and safely, both alone and in collaboration with other team members.
    • Complete required daily documentation, document parts and material usage.
    • Keep your work area clean and safe.
    • May act as a substitute for production line workers.
    • Recognize and adhere to plant safety regulations, which include safe lifting procedures and machine usage.
    • Personal Protective Equipment must be worn as necessary.
    • Attendance that is consistent and predictable is a critical feature of the job.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    o 2 Years – Field or comparable manufacturing experience

    o 2 Years – Experience in Position

    o 0 Years – Management experience with people/projects

    *experience may include a combination of job and educational experiences.

    • Throughout the shift, you will be required to lift goods weighing up to 50 pounds.

    Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS)

    • fundamental knowledge, including familiarity with HMI's, work orders, and so on.
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

    Will require a toolbox and some basic tools.

    Qualifications Preferred:

    o 4 Years – Field or comparable industrial experience

    o 4 Years – Experience working in Position

    o 2 Years – Management experience with people/projects

    Education

    Minimum:

    • High School Diploma

    Preferred:

    · An associate's degree in vocational training in the fields of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics

    o Certification from a technical school in a related subject
