    Job Description

    Niagara Conservation is a privately held, global manufacturing company with business interests in the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East, Niagara’s mission is to provide our customers with innovative conservation products that save water without sacrificing performance. We currently have an opening for a REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER.

     

    DUE TO DEPARTMENT GROWTH, WE ARE HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS.

     

    SUMMARY:  The REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEr is responsible for the business development of Niagara’s products and services into the multifamily and hospitality industry. This position focuses on new client development and acquisition.  

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Work within assigned territory to ensure Niagara sales targets and organizational objectives are met or exceeded

    ·         Analyzes sales trends, customer reactions, and market forecasts to provide accurate customer forecasts.

    ·         Familiarity with business to business sales, in person and over the phone.

    ·         Attend industry trade shows and industry meetings

    ·         Utilize company to CRM to manage day to day activities and provide reporting on sales activities.

    ·         Attain market intelligence through sales calls and share with management for new product ideas and general marketing strategies.

    ·         Other duties as assigned

     

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    ·         Multifamily sales experience preferred

    ·         Five to seven years of field sales experience

    ·         Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field or five years of successful field sales experience in lieu of education

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

     

    ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    ·         Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    ·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    ·         Experience with managing large territories and diverse product offerings

    ·         Formal presentation skills before both small and large groups

    ·         A demonstrated capability to keep abreast of new industry trends and possible application to Niagara projects

    ·         Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, with or without assistance

    ·         Must have the ability to stand, sit, move for long periods of time, with or without assistance

    ·         Must have the ability to use all aspects of a computer, with or without assistance

    ·         This position only allows for teleworking when traveling. If this position is not traveling, the expectations are for this position to be in the office
