We are seeking a Recruiters, Business Development, Sales Personnel & an Admin Assistant to join our team at a small niche Industrial & Manufacturing Staffing Agency in 2022!!!

Niche Workforce & Staffing Boutique, LLC. is a newly established agency in Milwaukee, WI. In our very first month operational, we were able to land business with the most prestigious of employers in the Greater Milwaukee area and we would like to continue that tradition by now bringing on the most hungry, the most eager and the most talented individuals onto our Recruitment and Sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit top tier talent for open positions
• Develop strong working relationships with our clients
• Meet sales/recruitment goals and metrics
• Interview and evaluate contract employees
• Resolution of customer and contract worker complaints
• Develop new business relationships & establish new job orders (Sales ONLY)
• Work close with others on the team for a seamless delivery of services.
• Develop relationships with community partners for company Workforce Assistance program
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings

NOTE*********** Administrative Assistant will welcome all guests, answer phones, provide support to the recruitment team and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

******Commission plus base salary for Sales personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, talent acquisition, or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms or related software
• Desire to grow long term with an employer
• Reliable transportation w/ valid Driver's License & auto insurance policy for all Recruitment and Sales staff
• Willing to train an eager, gutsy, fast learner for Recruiter.
