ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART TIME (~20 HOURS)
Seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-starters to join our growing accounting and wealth advisory practice.
In addition to general administrative duties, the job entails opening accounts, account maintenance including cashiering and overall assistance with client requests. Experience with Avantax, and mutual funds would be beneficial. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary, as is a confident telephone and email manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assist advisor with account opening and maintenance by ensuring timely and accurate completion and submission of paperwork
Assist with client enquiries, information gathering, and document intake
Assist managers with workflow maintenance via CRM software
General administrative duties, including telephone, scanning, photocopying, filing, mail and email
Maintain polite and professional communication with clients and staff
Support professional staff as needed
