Responsibilities: Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Improve skill sets through employee development programs Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness Qualifications: Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
