We are looking for brokers to lock in and join us for the ride! • All appointments supplied • No cold calling • No desk fees • Leading edge systems make selling more faster and easier • Awesome coaching and training • Work 40 - 45 Hours a week • Achieve success faster • Enjoy an awesome lifestyle To learn more check us out at www.NickHastheLeads.com Responsibilities: • Respond to client's questions/concerns as soon as possible.  • To attend listing and buyer appointments as they are scheduled on your online day timer. • To add notes to online contact card of each listing and buyer appointment attended, within 24 hours of appointment taking place.  • If buyer/seller appointment does not result in a signed contract and follow up is going to be needed for a time period shorter than 2 weeks, you will continue to perform follow up until a signed contract is secured.  • All original paperwork (listing contracts, buyer contracts, price reductions, waivers, etc.) will be collected and handed in a timely manner.  • To convert “hot leads” generated throughout our marketing efforts (and passed to you) to a face-to-face presentation with the prospect by following up with them immediately. You will assign the Inside Sales Agent to assist you in following up those leads requiring follow up for a time period longer than 2 weeks. • The Nicholas Ryan Team After Hours (all incoming calls outside of our regular business hours are forwarded to this phone) is assigned to those agents who demonstrate a willingness to return all calls immediately and who provide the Call Coordinator with notes for each call.  • To attend meetings as requested (i.e. Tuesday Morning Team Meeting). • To enter all leads you wish to work on personally into the contact management system and document each and every conversation with full notes on the contact card (remembering to set a call-back time). Qualifications: • Determined to follow our system to proven success. • MUST BE A LICENSED REALTOR. • Full-time position only. • Coachable and personable. • Believe in team values and mission to elevate lives through Real Estate. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
