If you would like to work with a group of industry experts to produce high end products and deliver world class service, apply today at: https://www.cindexinc.com/c/515E2E to take a brief survey and upload your resume Responsibilities and Duties * Create and drive 3D design projects of any size from concept development through final sale and production * Develop highly creative, on-brand solutions within budget and in a deadline sensitive environment * Push the application of our open frame systems to create design solutions that look like full-on custom exhibits * Communicate project updates with internal team members and vendors * Support our Sales team in its engagements and presentations with clients * Provide consistent, responsive and exemplary customer service Qualifications and Skills * Degree in Exhibit Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design or 3D related field * 2 years or more experience in Trade Show Exhibit design or related field * Fluent in SketchUp and/or 3ds Max * Core knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop * Understanding of modular design techniques, as well as experience with open frame building systems are a plus Requirements * Demonstrate design skills through a portfolio or website link * Organized with an ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects * Flexible and highly collaborative * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and a strong desire to drive excellence * Self-motivated learner who welcomes mentoring/coaching * Keen sense of design * Ability to work overtime during busy seasons Benefits & Compensation Nichols provides medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k) plan with match and profit sharing.
