Service Advisor responsibilities:
- Professionally greet Clients
- Produce estimates for repairs to vehicle
- Follow up with Clients both during and after repair. Explaining all completed work and associated charges
- Practice consultative selling process to assist Clients with options
- Interact daily with Clients, Management, Technicians, Service Staff, Sales Staff, Parts Associates and Office Personnel.
- Inbound and outbound phone and email communications
Professional Service Advisor requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- CDK automotive software experience preferred but not required
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive time management skills
- Valid driver's license
