SUMMARY

Responsible for moving, cleaning and maintaining vehicles while assisting the service department and dealership in various duties.

** ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide transportation for customers.
• Pick up and drop off fleet service account vehicles.
• Protect customer vehicles by installing plastic seat and floor covers.
• Perform alignment checks on customer vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management.
• Clear sidewalks and other areas of snow, as directed by management.
• Help with Pre-Delivery Inspections.
• Wash cars as needed.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports any and all accidents to a manager.
• Clean and take out trash daily.
• Take scrap metal to the scrap bin.

** JOB REQUIREMENTS**

• Valid driver’s license
• Insurance acceptable driving record
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and co-workers
• Must maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene.

** EDUCATION**

• High School diploma or GED

** EXPERIENCE**

• Previous customer service in any industry preferred
