    Licensed Transaction Coordinator - Spanish Speaking We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs • Review and ensure accuracy of purchase agreements, contracts, and other transaction documents • Monitor contract timelines and deadlines to ensure compliance • Communicate with all parties to obtain necessary signatures and approvals • Collect and organize all required documents, disclosures, and paperwork for the transaction • Coordinating appointments with clients, agents, contractors, etc. • Inputting all listing information into the MLS Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes (minimum 2 years of experience) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Must Be Fluent in Spanish Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
