Responsibilities: Give weekly reports to customers on the status of their listing so they know they are top of mind and provide good customer ratings and referrals Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings and a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards Stage, price and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Team player invested in the success of others Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $80,000
