Responsibilities: Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • We use a unique team system that allows you to focus on the aspects of the job that you love! • Meet with buyers and sellers that our inside sales agents set up appointments with Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Show a track record of real estate success At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE A PLUS • IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY LICENSED BUT ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING LICENSED, YOU MAY STILL APPLY!
