    This is an entry level administrative position, focused on tasks that support marketing systems for a growing and thriving real estate team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning more about the real estate profession, and or marketing. It is also a potential fit for someone with experience in the field who is looking for the flexibility that part-time hours provide. People who do well in this position demonstrate keen attention to detail, are excellent at multi-tasking, work well independently as well as with a team, and are quick to master new skill sets on a regular basis. Responsibilities: • Assist with direct mail marketing • Database maintenance • Excel spreadsheet creation and managment • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School Education or equivalent • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Command of basic office technologies • Excellent handwriting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and Adobe Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
