You will support all of the owner's sales and company growth activities. You will help build, implement and manage different systems in the business from an operations standpoint. You are committed to completing tasks with quality and accuracy. You will pitch in and take on any project or task. You can complete a large number of tasks every day. You either possess or are willing to obtain your real estate license. You are committed to supporting the business owner in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to grow your own skills through education and coaching. Responsibilities: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met Coordinate marketing events and client activities to promote our business Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Facilitate website upkeep and manage social media presence to create a better following • Provide marketing support and gain experience in the real estate field Qualifications: Communicate clearly both written and verbally Experience in our industry is a plus Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision Compensation: $10+ per hour (DOE)
