Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within marketing, advertising and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with leadership and management experience. Responsibilities: Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Qualifications: Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Develop new concepts based on input Team player Compensation: $15 - $18 Depending on Experience
