    This opening is for a part-time PAID internship at our Ukiah office. We are seeking an organized professional who can streamline all efforts of the team for increased productivity. We need someone dedicated to supporting company growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for our team, clients, business associates, and community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be effective at multi tasking, and have an exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Proficiency at quick typing required. This critical position requires someone with good problem solving skills who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first. Responsibilities: Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Order office equipment and supplies as needed Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel • Provide marketing support and gain experience in the real estate field Qualifications: Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision Compensation: $10+ per hour (DOE)
