Responsibilities: Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale Handle contract process alongside Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Contact potential sellers to schedule and conduct listing presentations to showcase agency’s unprecedented customer service Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Team player invested in the success of others Fast thinker and proactive Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $80,000
