Responsibilities: Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation: $80,000
