Job Description

Nidec America Corporation is looking for a Regional Sales Administrator to join their team in Braintree, MA. This individual will interface directly with Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, Supply Line Manager, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues; initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests; and coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals.
• Support the Accounting dept. in the collections of past due invoices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus
• Must be organized and able to handle and prioritize many tasks
• Strong attention to detail and process.
• Ability to work with individuals across the world whose native language is not English.
