  • Responsibilities
    • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
    • Controls service traffic flow and parking.
    • Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
    • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. Includes sweeping of the driveway a minimum of once daily; more often as necessary.
    • Keep front of store clear of loaner vehicles and/or rental vehicles.
    • Maintain cleanliness and stock of coffee stations. Prepare coffee when necessary.
    • Inspect bathrooms for cleanliness twice an hour. Wipe down counters and pick up debris as needed.
    • Park loaner/rental vehicles in designated areas. Upon customer return.
    • Assess whether the loaner vehicles need to be refueled and/or washed and mark windshield accordingly with grease pen.
    • Keep waiters on the service drive.
    • Install paper floor mats in every vehicle. Maintain the supply of paper floor mats.
    • Pull up vehicles for Service Advisors as needed.
    • Open doors for customers and thank them for their business.
    • Escort customers to their vehicles as needed. Have umbrellas readily available when needed.
    • Wash service vehicles as necessary.
    • Perform shuttle driver duties when needed.
    • Reports to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
    • Maintains a professional appearance.
    • Keeps work area neat and clean.
    • Informing clients on product specifications of all Audi products and features.
    • Creating passion for Audi brand and products.
    • Performing the need analysis during the contact with the customer/visitor
    • Ensuring a brand related customer/visitor treatment at the dealership/Brand Store
    • Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership/Brand Store at level
    • Managing test drive process (accompanied test drives)
    • Supporting the Sales Advisor during the sales consultation (on demand)
    • Being the main point of contact for the customer/visitor to answer questions about products incl. usage/functions
    • Participating at the delivery process and second deliveries
    • Bridging after sales waiting time for customers by presenting features and new technologies
    • Accomplishing/participating in dealer/Brand Store events to present products and technologies to a wider audience (internal and external)
    • Using conversations with customers/visitors to fill in data in the database (after the conversation ends)
    • Realizing process efficiency enhancements within the need analysis, test drive and delivery (test drive and delivery not relevant for Brand Store)
    • Additional activities regarding after sales. and used car (not finalized yet)
    • Acting as an ambassador for the Audi brand during customer contact
    • Explaining special Audi product related features
    • Answering questions regarding Audi used cars 
    • Connecting customers to multi channel contacts
    • Proactively approaching customers/visitors in the showroom and presenting them with the correct amount of information about the product, its technical specifications, usage/functions as well as the Audi brand
    • Helping customers/visitors with product insight when they are involved in a sales conversation with a   Sales Advisor
    • Planning test drives
    • Providing product information to customers during the test drive appointment/accompaniment
    • Guiding customers to Sales Advisors when purchase interest is expressed
    • Keeping him/herself up to speed on new product, brand and competitive information 
    • Providing additional marketing material if requested / asking for contact details to send/email it
    • Facilitating handovers and explaining features in the car answering operating questions
    • Direct visitors to information desk for general enquiries, appointment scheduling, etc.
