JOB-SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS

• PROCESS ALL NEW AND USED CAR DEAL PAPERWORK FOR ACCOUNTING
• REVIEW CONTRACT OR LEASE PACKAGING FOR BANK, INSURING THAT ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK IS INCLUDED
• SEND CONTRACTS/LEASES TO BANKS IN TIMELY MANNER
• RECEIPT ALL MONIES RECEIVED RELATED TO VEHICLE SALE, INCLUDING FUNDING FROM FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
• STOCK IN AND PAY OFF ANY TRADE-INS, WHEN APPLICABLE
• PAYING OFF FLOORING ON A DAILY BASIS
• FOLLOW-UP ON ALL FUNDING DELAYS DAILY
• PREPARE WEEKLY CONTRACTS IN TRANSIT “HEATSHEET” FOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND DEPARTMENT MANAGERS
• REVIEW AND RECONCILE CONTRACTS AND RESERVE SCHEDULES/STATEMENTS FOR MONTH-END PROCESS
• RECONCILE AND PREPARE SALES COMMISSIONS FOR PAYROLL AS NEEDED
• SUBMIT EXTENDED WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE, AND OTHER AFTERMARKET CONTRACTS MONTHLY
• PROCESS AFTER MARKET CANCELLATIONS AS NEEDED
• PROCESS INTERCOMPANY VEHICLE TRANSFERS
• RECONCILE DUE BILL SCHEDULE MONTHLY

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (SURROUNDINGS)  

• Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas. 
• Sitting on a regular basis 
• Standing on a regular basis 
• Walking on a regular basis 
• Bending, twisting and/or stooping infrequently 
• Kneeling and/or Squatting infrequently 
• Lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.     
• Infrequently Reaching and/or lifting overhead 
• Infrequently Climbing stairs 
• Repetitive hand/finger movement on a regular basis 
• Grasping/grabbing with hands infrequently 
• Pushing and Pulling

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Driver’s License 
• Clean DMV

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. 
• Professional personal appearance. 
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. 
• Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.
