    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: | | | | ESSENTIAL DUTIES | | | | - Report to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work | | - Process vehicle sales paperwork to banks for funding | | - Create and maintain inventory jackets for business office | | - Reconcile and prepares daily deposit, cash account | | - Assist with receipting checks for receivable and monthly statements | | - Assist with Daily Sales Tax Journal Reconciliation | | - Filing for business office A/P, A/R, Car deals, DMV and any other | | filing items. | | - Lookup and process any toll violations that are received | | - Assist with any DMV checks for refunds to clients | | - Assist with Title Book organization | | - Assist with coverage and backup to cashier/receptionist | | - Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed | | - Maintain a professional appearance and a neat and clean work area | | - Other duties as may be assigned | | | | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | | | | - Ability to communicate effectively | | - Independently motivated with the ability to work within a team | | environment | | - Excellent customer service/satisfaction skills | | - Organized and computer proficient | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
