                                                                       BUY CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

                                                                              JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a Buy Center Representative to join our world-class team. 

    Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and be excellent at multi-tasking. 

    SUMMARY 

    Provides support to the Buy Center in the capacity as outlined below. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Driver’s License
    • Clean DMV

    EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma (Preferred)

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Make sure all necessary paper work and titles are correct. (learn to be able to verify a title and know that it is acceptable and good to be paid)
    • Stock in Buy Center cars
    • Obtain payoffs on Buy Center Cars
    • Follow up on payoffs and titles
    • Wholesales
    • Answer phones
    • Meet or exceed number of required phone calls, texts, and emails per day as set forth by management.
    • Meet or exceed set goal of monthly vehicle purchases
    • Set and maintain proper customer expectations
    • Must learn to navigate and perform V Auto
    • Ensure all deal packets are organized accordingly and completed in its entirety prior to submission.
    • Other duties as assigned

    GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

    • Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.
    • Attend company meetings as required.
    • Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
    • Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
    • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
    • Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.
    • Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company’s business.
    • Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
    • Understand and follow work rules and procedures
    • Participate in performance management.
    • Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
    • Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
    • Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
