BUY CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Buy Center Representative to join our world-class team.
Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and be excellent at multi-tasking.
SUMMARY
Provides support to the Buy Center in the capacity as outlined below.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Driver’s License
- Clean DMV
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma (Preferred)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Make sure all necessary paper work and titles are correct. (learn to be able to verify a title and know that it is acceptable and good to be paid)
- Stock in Buy Center cars
- Obtain payoffs on Buy Center Cars
- Follow up on payoffs and titles
- Wholesales
- Answer phones
- Meet or exceed number of required phone calls, texts, and emails per day as set forth by management.
- Meet or exceed set goal of monthly vehicle purchases
- Set and maintain proper customer expectations
- Must learn to navigate and perform V Auto
- Ensure all deal packets are organized accordingly and completed in its entirety prior to submission.
- Other duties as assigned
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
- Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.

- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
- Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.
- Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company’s business.
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures
- Participate in performance management.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
- Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (SURROUNDINGS)
- Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas.
- Sitting on a regular basis

- Bending, twisting and/or stooping infrequently
- Kneeling and/or Squatting infrequently
- Lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs
- Infrequently Reaching and/or lifting overhead

- Grasping/grabbing with hands infrequently
