SUMMARY
Assist Service Department with daily functions including appointment and transportation coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promptly meet and greet clients on the service drive and assist them with their service appointment needs (coffee, loaner vehicle needs, location of lounge etc).
- Keep an up to date log of our loaner vehicles and informing our clients of the stipulations within the loaner car agreement.
- Contact Hertz and generate a purchase order for our client to hand to Hertz.
- Effectively monitor Hertz rental status and supply one of our loaner vehicles if Hertz term is approaching the 5th day.
- Monitor Hertz billing and keeping records up to date.
- Bill out Hertz on Factory warranty repair orders, making sure a COPY of the Hertz bill is attached to the technician copy of the repair order.
- Submit to Office Staff a copy of any Hertz bill in a timely manner.
- In constant contact with Hertz for up to date daily invoiced copies on all rentals that have been returned.
- Set appointments and inform our clients, at that time, of their transportation options.
- Perform vehicle Walk-Arounds and Repair Order pre-writes.
- Reports to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
