    In 2015, Nielsen CGA brought a host of world-class On Premise capabilities to the US for the very first time. Based in Chicago’s Loop, our friendly team of consultants work with America’s leading spirit brand brands supplying this dynamic and fascinating industry.

    Our work helps clients to track essential market trends, to accurately benchmark performance against competitors, to understand their National Account customers better, to activate brand plans more effectively, to launch new products with less risk and to determine what range of products you ultimately should see on bars and menus all over America.

    Nielsen CGA’s Americas business has established services in the USA and Canada with exciting plans to launch into Mexico and Brazil this.

    THE ROLE

    • The Client Solutions role is a commercially-focused role which integral to the daily success of our client relationships.
    • Consulting with your client portfolio about market trends, their own brand strategies and the opportunities and challenges they face.
    • This role is designed for outgoing, engaging, people who have gained product and industry experience in their career to date.
    • Talented people with a high quality background as mixologists, brand ambassadors or in the commercial teams of drink suppliers or good quality distributors tend to do very well in this role.
    • This role will involve regular travel to New York, Miami, San Francisco, LA and other markets where we and our clients operate (When COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted of course!).

    THE PERSON

    • You must possess a genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the Spirits sector
    • You must have a demonstrable background with a supplier, distributor or high-quality retailer in the On Premise
    • You must be intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated – but not a corporate drone!
    • You must have a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service
    • You must be amiable, outgoing and able to build relationships quickly
    • You must have a positive, persuasive, communication style
    • You must be confident and able to solve problems without micro-management
