Job Description
The Assistant Category Manager role is responsible for driving outcomes & value for clients based on the Nielsen Solutions and Services assigned to them to deliver on. This role also has deep knowledge of client’s business unit they support and client industry to identify new opportunities for Nielsen Solutions to drive value at the client. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - E=ESSENTIAL, P=PREFERRED
E - College/University Undergraduate or Masters Degree
E - 3 years industry experience – CPG, consulting, information, technology and analytics
E - Demonstrated strength in analytics
E - Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution
E - Experience in management and coaching
E - Highly proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office
P - Financial Management Experience
P - OTC Experience
P - Prior experience with Nielsen & IRI solutions
P - Proven track record of building client engagement
